Stephanie Clarke and Willow Jarosh are registered dietitians, authors of the Healthy, Happy Pregnancy Cookbook, and the duo behind C&J Nutrition, an NYC and Washington, DC-based nutrition counseling and communications company. These dietitian-nutritionists are media spokespeople, featured in numerous national health and lifestyle magazines and TV and web shows, and were contributing nutrition experts at ​SELF magazine from 2010-2017. They've been featured on Today and Fox & Friends as well as magazines like Fitness, Good Housekeeping, Men's Fitness, SHAPE, Consumer Reports, and many more. They have developed hundreds of healthy recipes for best selling diet books, including SELF magazine’s Drop 10 Diet Cookbook and The Sugar Smart Diet by Anne Alexander of Prevention magazine and are bloggers for Bumble Bee Foods' Bee Nutritiious blog and Whitney Port’s website. They also create the meal plans for PopSugar's annual Clean Eating program.

C&J Nutrition’s team also provides nutrition consulting to a variety of food companies and health organizations in addition to developing workplace wellness programs for corporations across the country and seeing clients in their Manhattan-based private practice.

Education

Willow and Stephanie received master's degrees in nutrition communications from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy. They also completed a dietetic internship to become registered dietitians.
