Highlights

There are no short cuts to a healthy, strong, and toned body. You can’t train your way to fitness without eating right and you can’t eat your way to fitness without training correctly. I love how pursuing a fitness routine teaches you about a lot more than just how to cultivate a strong back or flat tummy. One learns so much about discipline and sitting with discomfort. Being fit and having a healthy mind are, for me, also inextricably linked. I’ve not yet managed to have one without the other—despite my falling off the fitness wagon many at time.
