Natasha started her career as an occupational therapist, where she helped adults and seniors regain their independence through therapy. She worked in both long-term care facilities and patient’s homes for more than a decade. In 2014, Natasha founded Fit Mama Santa Barbara and focused her energy on prenatal and postpartum fitness. She works with clients both locally and globally through her online platform.

Education

Natasha graduated from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, with a degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, she pursued a career in occupational therapy and obtained her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has completed many continuing education courses in Kinesio Taping, geriatric rehabilitation, durable medical equipment, post-injury rehabilitation, Autism and Asperger’s, nutrition, sports psychology, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is also a Level 1 Crossfit Coach.
