Through my research and training, I have developed an approach to behavior change that draws on the most effective techniques in the scientific, psychological and coaching fields. I've applied this approach in helping individuals make lifestyle changes. You can make changes that improve your health and energy now and when you are 110. I want to help you do this by providing clear information and strategies that lead to action.
