Highlights

People of color are more than their wounds—we hold the innate wisdom of resilience. I utilize a background in critical race theory and insight from my personal healing experiences in my work as a clinician and writer. Our lived experiences hold a unique intelligence, and I support the growth of others through depth-oriented psychotherapy, embodied creativity, and community alliances.
