Nutrition and fitness are often viewed through the lens of weight loss, and our cultural obsession with thinness often makes people think if it can't be done perfectly, it's not worth doing. I want to show people that achieving improved fitness and a good balance of nutrients are worthy pursuits outside of weight loss. My approach to nutrition and fitness focuses on progress toward health goals, without regard to how much a person weighs or what their body mass index (a deeply flawed measure!) is.
