How to Make a Gluten-Free Gingerbread House

Recipes, Instructions, and Ready-Made Kits

Here's a wonderful way to slow down and enjoy the holidays: build a gluten-free gingerbread house. If you know any little kids, invite them to help you -- they'll remember this activity for the rest of their lives. If you don't have little kids in your life, make one of these confections for the grown-ups or to give as a gift.

You don't even have to do the baking yourself. Although most of the links below include recipes for the gluten-free gingerbread dough, at least one gluten-free baker will ship the pre-baked pieces to you, ready for assembly and decorating. Enjoy!
