Pizza for breakfast? Yes, you can make a fun and healthy fruit breakfast pizza in just 10 minutes!

This sweet fruit pizza is fun for kids and adults to decorate and eat. With fiber from a whole grain tortilla and fresh fruit, protein from Greek yogurt, and healthy fats from peanut butter, this breakfast is balanced on its own and as easy to make as it is delicious.

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla or flatbread wrap
  • 1 (5-ounce) container berry flavored Greek yogurt (I used blueberry)
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter

  1. Heat oven to 400F.

  2. Toast tortilla or flatbread until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a plate.

  3. Spread yogurt evenly over tortilla.

  4. Slice banana and strawberries. Top yogurt with banana slices, strawberry slices, and blueberries.

  5. Drizzle with peanut butter.

  6. Cut into pieces and serve.

Ingredient Variations and Substitutions

You can change the flavor of yogurt and the fruit to match your tastes and what's in season. Get creative!

Any nut or seed butter will work, so use what you have. A natural, runny nut butter is easiest to drizzle. When grocery shopping for one, make sure to check the ingredients list. You want to choose the nut butter with the fewest ingredients—if you can find one with just the nuts, or one that you can make yourself in-store, it's the most natural!

Cooking and Serving Tips

Watch your tortilla carefully—it can burn quickly!
