Dwyer Frame is the VP of Commerce at Dotdash. Growing up, she was a competitive swimmer and competed in the Junior Olympics, she also competed in horseback riding, skiing, tennis, sailing, lacrosse, and more. She was a lifeguard for 6 years and is CPR certified. Besides being an avid gym-goer, she enjoys setting up the most efficient at-home gym she can (she has two young sons so getting out of the house is hard!), has tried every on-demand workout (Insanity for the win!), and likes to cook healthy meals for the whole family on the weekends.
She has worked in the publishing industry for more than 18 years and has written for Health, What to Expect, CafeMom, Real Simple, Woman’s Day, and People, among others.
Dwyer received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts, in Amherst.
