Chelsea Evers, NASM-CPT, has worked as a personal trainer since 2019. She's passionate about corrective exercise and finding avenues that make exercise an enjoyable part of daily life. 


Chelsea received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Iowa State University and her personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
