We don't have to choose between food that's healthy and food that's fun and enjoyable. Healthy eating to me means it's delicious, first and foremost. It also has to be simple and stress-free, it has to fit within your budget, and it has to leave you feeling satisfied and energized. Ultimately, good health is not about punishment, deprivation or have-tos; it's about enjoying your life more. Whoever has the most fun wins.
