Protein bars can be the perfect bridge to get you to your next meal as well as a nutrient-dense fuel to replenish tired muscles after a workout. However, a large portion of them are devoid of nutrition and often filled with sugar, additives, sodium, and highly processed ingredients.

When searching for a protein bar you should look for a bar with more grams of protein than grams of sugar.
