Amanda Turner is a NASM-certified personal trainer who specializes in strength training, nutrition, and injury prevention. She loves to research and find products that make it easier for people to work out, whether they're in the gym or hitting the pavement. Amanda loves workout gadgets, yoga equipment that helps clients get a good stretch, and simple weight training options that anyone can store in their home.
With years spent as a teacher, soccer and track coach, and mom, Amanda understands that fitness is a family affair, and is constantly looking for ways to include little ones in workouts. She loves to find equipment that she can use for a HIIT workout just as easily as her son can use it to get a creative sweat going. She believes that fitness should make your life easier–not harder–and is constantly on the hunt for products that can solve the common pain points that many people have when developing a new fitness routine.
Amanda earned her B.A. in Psychology at Penn State University, and went on to earn her M.S.Ed. in School and Mental Health Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania.
She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
