Healthy eating should be personalized, sustainable, and enjoyable. My mission is to help find a balanced approach to nutrition that includes all food groups and avoids overly-restrictive rules. I became a registered dietitian to help empower people to create a healthy lifestyle that is specific to their individual needs. As a communications consultant for media outlets and brands, I play a translational role between nutrition science and the consumer to offer clear and applicable health and wellness information.
